Either you already know this album, and you love it, or you don't know it at all and you'll love it. The best review i read about this masterpiece was on Trouser Press, here's a one word quote:

second: the guy who made the entry on discogs has made so many dubious entries (a lot of cd-r of albums that i had posted on PPC at the end of the 2000's that i have some problem to trust him

i could give more and more links from stuff of which cd-r were probably burned from albums posted on PPC: scooters, snipers, any trouble (eponymous album), fools face, charlie fawn and many more
i won't say the Leopards is from my vinyl rip but probably from a needle drop from a record label which has only one entry on discogs
