D. BEAVER - COMBINATIONS (1973)
Hailing from Memphis, D. Beaver was fronted by keyboardist David Beaver (Gentrys, Edgewood). The band made a lasting impact with their 1973 album "Combinations". D. Beaver’s project fused pop, blues rock, and psychedelia. Released by TMI Records (Steve Cropper) “Combinations” showcases Beaver’s musical range and could be compared to Todd Rundgren of the same year, but also Wings and later Pilot. Distributed by RCA, the album flopped and has never been reissued

The Rundgren comparison from that time frame is a plus.
RCA Records really signed some cool artists that sadly fell by the wayside, and as you mentioned much of these releases have never been reissued legitimately ( if at all.
Add on from my comment up top ^ I see Joel Williams is on drums, he was in "Black Oak" (when they dropped the "Arkansas" and changed the lineup) for their two Capricprn Records albums.
