The second part of the Poptopia! series includes some major names of the '80s, a decade mixing jangle pop (Let's Active, The dB's) with power pop (The Plimsouls, Phil Seymour). A good place to start, but still inferior to the stellar "Yellow Pills" series (1994-1997)
